About Alison

Having worked as a physio for over 20 years, Alli is a familiar face around the Sports Lab

Drummoyne clinic. Over this time, Alli has worked amongst the general population, managing

musculoskeletal injuries as well as across a variety of sports becoming an APA titled Sports and

Exercise Physiotherapist in 2018.


Alli is a mum of 4 young kids who has a new passion for women’s health and wellness. She

recognises the important role physio plays in the female lifespan and has a special interest in

women in sport. Alli is excited and proud to be able to offer expert Women’s Health services to

the Sports Lab clientele.


Alli is an APPI Pilates instructor and teaches a variety of Clinical Pilates classes in Drummoyne

including Pre and Post natal Pilates.


Whilst life is certainly busy, Alli loves spending time with her kids and family, watching and

encouraging their sport and achievements and the daily juggle that comes with it all.
